FAQ AT YOUR DISPOSAL
Find all the information on the health protocol set up here.
The visitor badge is valid for the duration of the show. Once printed, it gives you direct access to the show.
It is strongly advised to print it before your arrival for a time saving at the entrance of the show.
Once you start downloading your badge, it is generated and appears in a new window. Your browser must therefore allow «pop-up» pages and be equipped with software to read the PDF format. If you can’t print it, you can ask a hostess to print it at the lounge entrance.
It is possible that the registration confirmation emails will be found in your junk messages. If after checking this is not the case, please contact [email protected] Please note that you can still have your badge printed at the entrance of the show.
PAM, Paris Accompagnement Mobilité, is a specialized and adapted transport offer for people with reduced mobility set up by the town hall of Paris.
The Paris-Expo Porte de Versailles exhibition centre is equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Wheelchairs* are at the disposal of visitors with reduced mobility for the duration of the visit - go to the Information Point at the main entrance of the Porte de Versailles (door A) or the General Security Post of the Park (outside the opening hours).
All car parks in the park have parking spaces for people with reduced mobility.
The park team is also at your service on +33(0) 1 40 68 16 16.
* Within the limits of availability and against the deposit of an identity document.
There is a WIFI access (limited), made available by VIPARIS, accessible on the living room. However, the massive use of it can slow down its functioning.
A free cloakroom is available at the entrance of the fair.
You must first order your badge in order to have access to the invitation letter for visas. It is from your registration confirmation message that you can then click on the VISA application, fill in the form that is associated with it and get your invitation letter to bring to the Embassy of France of the country of which you are a national.
Forum LABO is not responsible for visa agreements or refusals.
