The visitor badge is valid for the duration of the show. Once printed, it gives you direct access to the show.
It is strongly advised to print it before your arrival for a time saving at the entrance of the show.
Once you start downloading your badge, it is generated and appears in a new window. Your browser must therefore allow «pop-up» pages and be equipped with software to read the PDF format. If you can’t print it, you can ask a hostess to print it at the lounge entrance.
It is possible that the registration confirmation emails will be found in your junk messages. If after checking this is not the case, please contact the Helpdesk. Please note that you can still have your badge printed at the entrance of the show.
There is a WIFI access (limited), made available by Cité Centre de Congrès, accessible on the show. However, the massive use of it can slow down its functioning.
A free cloakroom is available at the entrance of the fair.
6 vending machines are available 24 hours a day at Paris porte de Versailles exhibition and in particular: Central Aisle, Gate A - Pavilion 3, Porte A
You must first order your badge in order to access the invitation letter for visas. If you are an exhibitor, you will then be able to click on the VISA application in your registration confirmation message, fill in the associated form and obtain your invitation letter to take to the French Embassy of the country of which you are a national.
