PARKING, DELIVERY ACCESS, TRAFFIC
• During set-up and breakdown, parking is free.
• While the event is open to the public : Car parks are open from 08.00 am to 11.00 pm (and later in the case of late night opening). Exits operate 24 hours a day.
• Collect of magnetic cards from the Exhibitors Services (Central allée).
• No duplicates will be issued. Your card comes with a windscreen sticker which indicates the parking gate you should use. (Sticker on the inside of your windscreen before entering the exhibition centre)
A pass must be collected from access gates D or M before deliveries can be authorised (maximum delivery time 1 hour, usually between 07.00 and 09.30 am).
The highway code applies at all times inside the Exhibition Centre grounds.
• All parking, even picking up and setting down, is prohibited outside car parks and designated parking areas.
• Parking in lanes is prohibited.
• During exhibition opening hours, parking and storage are prohibited around the pavilions, especially in emergency vehicle areas.
Any vehicle in breach of these regulations may be removed and taken to a secure pound. The person responsible will have to pay the costs of removal and parking before the vehicle can be released.
